Board of Directors 2012-2013
The Nanaimo Travellers Lodge Society Board (NTLS) is an elected, volunteer board that meets on the last Thursday of every month. The purpose of the board is to ensure that all objectives and goals of the Nanaimo Travellers Lodge Society are achieved. Board terms are three years in length and bylaws do not allow for more than three consecutive terms. For further information please download our 2012 AGM Minutes.

How Board Members are Chosen
Individuals are elected to the Board. If a vacancy exists, or is anticipated, the Board will conduct a review to determine the additional skill set that is needed on the Board. Individual Board members will then contact individuals within the community who possess that skill set. Nominations are made to the Annual General Meeting of the NTLS and individuals are elected to fill the vacancy. Between Annual General Meetings, the Board may appoint volunteers to fill vacancies when necessary.
